Project Unresponsive Due to "realistic" render setting

Hello, while working on a project I went to put a 3d section perspective into the "realistic" render mode and it froze the project. Now whenever I try accessing it, it tries loading to 3d section perspective but fails to do so giving me an error message saying "Video drive error occurred."

Please Help- project is due on Monday

Thanks @duncanmanthous22

You could try opening Revit, go to the Home Button, top left next to the Revit icon at the top left of the screen.Home Button.png

Then under the File Menu, select Options, Hardware, and turn off Hardware acceleration.

then try opening the Model.

If this doesn't help, you may need to open it on a more powerful PC. If you are doing this for a uni Project, can you access the school PC's?

If you can get access to the model, go to the Manage Tab, and set a Starting View, its best to use a simple view, like a drafting view.

Turning off hardware acceleration did the trick! (in revit 2021 its located under hardware tab in options menu though)

Thank you so much for your help!
