Project Rotation

I have an issue which is puzzling me greatly and despite my attempts to solve it I am getting more confused!

I have a project where two floor plan views, a ground floor and a 1st floor of the same building have somehow ended up at 90 degrees to one another!  Their properties are identical with 'Rotation on Sheet' both being 'None' and 'Orientation' both being 'Project North' and all other possible variations being identical, well, of what I see!  See images below:

1.Ground Floor with Properties.

2. First Floor with Properties.

I would appreciate any comments on what might have happened here.  Hope that the resolution is good enough for the 'Properties' to be understood!

Go to that view, select the crop region and rotate it in the other direction as the plan is rotated, this cause the view to rotate as well.

If you want the plan to be rotate clock-wise, you have to rotate the crop view counter-clockwise.
