I assume you haven't defined a rotation for Project North. Maybe this will help:

DWGs insert into Revit with True North at 12 o'clock high - unless they are inserted via Shared Coordinates previously established. So, you need to rotate the DWG to orthogonal - just like you rotate anything else.
If it matters, you can Acquire Coordinates of the DWG - if it's Linked. That will set your Angle to True North per the DWG. Then you can toggle your Revit Plan Views between Project North and True North Views.
