Project information is not saving changes

Good morning. My project information is not saving changes, I type address of project, name of Client... is not being reflected in my cover sheet title block. I open again project information to make changes and it appears completely blank.

basic question, but are you working in a Workshare Enabled file?

• Are you picking Sync to Central or just Save?

No, like one user standalone, no shared with other users. I used to insert ALL the information and was working, now, I have to insert one by one: Address, click on ok, client name, click on ok, client's phone number, click on ok, and soon, it' time conusming

kind of basic question.... do you have the latest updates and patches installed for the version your running?

Do the edits stick if you change the values in the title block instead of through the dialog box?

Alos, I'm a bit lost. It sounds like it is working but only by adding the values one by one?

yes, it works but if I insert values one by one, it´s very time consuming

i don't think there are any Patches for 2026 yet, I was just using it as a generic term. You would get them in the same place as the updates though. The Autodesk Access tool is a good reference to see if anything is available. 

as @RSomppi suggested, if you enter the information by selecting the parameters in the Cover Sheet, do they stick? Can you upload the cover sheet in an empty model for us to look at?
