Project coordinates and elevation

Hi,

how can I set up a projects real coordinates and elevation?

objectives are:

- Importing cadaster plans and other stuff to their correct position in the model, without having to be positioned 10000 miles away from the model 0,0 point

- Importing elevation points, again to be positioned reasonably to my project 0,0 reference point

- how can I let the levels show also the true elevation?
