Project Browser will not come back- reset user interface?

Hey guys, so Ive never posted here, but I'm trying every avenue I can. So this was originally an issue with the fact that I closed Revit 2020 and also disconnected my computer from my second monitor, leaving my project browser and my properties on the non existent second monitor. I got the properties back, but even after connecting to a second monitor again, in order to just drag the project browser back to the screen I needed to work on, the project browser will not display. I can get everything to close and reopen EXCEPT my project browser. I've opened multiple projects and even a blank project in Revit 2020, as well as opened Revit 2021, and the problem only occurs in Revit 2020. Does anyone know how to maybe reset your user interface without downloading a program that will run on your computer? I have adjusted my screen scaling and nothing will pull it if it does still exists. Sidebar, why does Revit not have a button to where you can tell where to dock the item? It has it for the navigation wheel!

Is Project Browser checked under View=>User Interface?

Yes, this is the issue, if i uncheck and recheck all of them, they all go away and come back, except the project browser. And this only happens in Revit 2020, not any other versions of Revit. Maybe is there a command that tells Revit to send all windows back to the primary screen?

I heard you loud and clear the first time.  Did you see the "MANUAL RESET" instructions in the Link I provided?

@rbrown775EZ

It is undocked and outside screen. Reset the screen resolution to 1920x1080 and scaling to 100%

That often happens when using multiple screens at different resolution and later disconnect either or both...You can readjust scaling later after you dock the project browser back in
