Welcome to the forum. 

 

You say you can't place a dimension in a section view, but you show a view that has a dimension. Then, how can we know what the problem is?

Two things

 

1) Are you using Aligned dimensioning? Aligned dimensioning looks for perfectly parallel reference to dimension between - if they are slightly off you will not be able to place the dimension

2) I see that you are in a sheet. Have you double clicked to activate the view before attempting to place the dimension?

When I am giving vertical dimension its possible but horizontal dimension its not coming here, I am using aligned dimension and its in sectional view not in sheet please help.

Your Section / Elevation  is probably slightly off axis. If so , then the walls are not perpendicular to the viewplane, and you can't dimension them.
