Problems with exporting to DWG since switching from 2018 to 2020 Revit

Hello there Autodesk community.

I have a issue with exporting DWGs from Revit. I have a normal template I used all the time last year and it worked perfectly. Ever since our office upgraded from 2018 to 2020 Revit the template isn't working correctly.

The main issues are that its not exporting Hatches and Dimensions.

I have gone already through some stuff but couldn't find the issue so I hope someone might enlighten me whats changed in the 2020 version.

If needed I could make a local save and remove most of the stuff since the file is very large so people can check through the template itself...

PDF Export works without any problems or printing.

Curiosity: When I export with the option : Export views on sheets and links as external references both hatches and dimensions are in the DWG its just that there are a thousand files.

It would be great if I could make some progress till tomorrow else id have to redraw DWGs and we dont want that as Revit users x)

Thanks in advance!

Alright I had to reuplaod the file via google drive since the website doesnt support files larger then 75MB and I tried hard to compress it down but couldnt get lower then the one I got here sorry about that.

In the screenshot there is the template i need / use for the export.

Your export settings (right) look strange compare to the OOTB one (left).

You have to use the WA_ABGABE template. But the layer structure is different from the American since we have to use our layer structure which is standardized for EU Germany.

Although I must add when I use the first standard template given by Revit it exports everything just in American layer structure.

Just tried to export the file. Here is the thing. It exports dimensions and hatches IF my revit program is in English language BUT when I set it to German this is what I get - pointing out the DWG attachement -  Thats quite interesting what can change when you switch between languages via settings rightclick and rewrite from DEU to ENG. Any idea what might cause the problem? might it be missing files by any chance ?
Edit: From what I have seen when I switch to ENG language from german the layer names and colors I normally use dont go over to the english version which might be the cause why its working? The test + DWG got the layer structure thats normally used and is exported from a German language Revit.
