Hello everybody,

When i am on a 3d view on Revit 2017 using the consistent color visualisation the view doesnt shows the right colors and it put its all on a gray tone, even do i have apply different materials to the elements.

Then when i export the file to lumion and open it there everything appears as the same material (phase-exist material)

Does anybody knows what could be going on?

Looks like you got other stuff on in the view. Maybe Links. Maybe other Phases. Maybe....(thinking)

My final answer for the $1,000,000.00 is: PHASES. Set your phase filter to Show Complete. Did I win?

You aolmost got it!

The problem was one material apply to all the model, (the material name: phase exist). So i deleted that material and that was it.

Why would you do that? That's a Phase Filter Override Material. You could have accomplished the same thing by just turning off Override (e.g. changing "Override" to "By Category").

Almost?  He has entirely got it.  Don't delete the material, just change the Phase filter to Show Complete.

Actually @ToanDN: He would ALSO need to change his settings back to "By Category" under Phases Filters dialog box for "Show Complete". They obviously got changed to "Override"

OOTB's Show Complete has nothing overridden except for Demolished and Temporary are turned off.  I can't imagine someone would deliberately change it fro any good reasons.

Hello there, I'm facing a Problem when exporting the revit mass into Lumion 8 and 9... some pieces of the shell are gone, I tried exporting from livesync as a Collada file and as an FDX file it also presented the same problem. Any suggestions?

This is an old thread, but just to clarify (and for Lumion specifically):

Under Properties: Phase Filter set to Show Complete for the view

Phasing Dialogue box --> Phase Filters tab: Ensure 'Show Complete' is set to 'By Category' for Existing

Phasing Dialogue box --> Graphic Overrides tab: Clear the Material slot for Existing (you don't have to delete the material, itself, just the text in that box)

Has there been any other solutions for this? I followed the steps and I am still having the material issues this user has where Lumion is grouping all existing elements as 1 material.
