Problems to render

Hello! This is the first time I am trying to render in this new computer. I had trouble to install Revit 2015, it was comming without the familes. Yesterday I tryed to render my project on the cloud but it couldĀ“nt upload. I had tried to render in my computer however in 9 hours I rendered just 15%. How can I solve this issue?

 

I tried to upload a picture of what is appearing however I could not.

I think you have some troubleshooting to do.

 

First the local render. It appears from the screenshot that you tried rendering at best setting and at high resolution. This will take huge amount of time to  calculate. So first do some test renders at lower settings (lower resolution and lower the settings). Than you can see if you get a result. Local rendering is all determined by computer power.

 

For cloud rendering.

-Check that you can log into the cloud service.

-Make sure that you have latest Revit updates installed.

-Try a different project, a simple one and see if that will upload and render.

-If a simpler project renders it might be one or more elements or element categories it is struggling with. Switch off a famila category in your view and try to upload to see if it is a certain element or category that creates the problem.

-Reinstall Revit

-Check out the Autodesk knowledge website and see if they have addtional troubleshooting tips.

 

Otherwise, if you are on subscripiton, open a ticket for Autodesk assistance.

How can I ask Autodesk assistance, always I install Revit 2015 it comes without the families.
