why if put a view template "Arredi" ("Furnishings" in english) the furnishings themself hidden?

You can't because you are activating the template.
to unhide them do similar to what I mentioned for the furniture but this time V/G annotations.

In model categories "structural beams" are selected (pic 2).
you are talking about beams.
But you don't have any hidden beams.
all your beams are shown in the view.
The red items are called analytical model. They are needed for structural analysis. you don't want to show them.
