Problem with Revit To Pepakura Workflow

I imported a revit model into pepakura for modelmaking. Tried exporting as both obj. and dwg. format, but what I see after importing in pepakura is that, walls are actually treated as individual elements in revit, so there's duplicate edges instead of a single edge at the corners. For which I get wrong unfolds in pepakura. How do I get clean single edges at the corners? A whole wall instead of combination of multiple walls.

Depending on what you try to accomplish. If you do not need Revit walls you might use extrusions to create the walls.

Other option is to open the exported file (obj) in software like blender and remove the surfaces/lines you do not need
