Buongiorno @Anonymous Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues.

As the first step, please make sure that the issue you are seeing is not something already fixed in one of the product updates, I would suggest checking the Desktop App to see if there are any Revit updates available. For information on using the Desktop App see the following article: About the Autodesk Desktop App

Note: If you are not able to download updates through the Desktop App, the following article has information on downloading updates through the Autodesk Accounts page: Install Updates, Add-ons, and Enhancements

Let me know if the updates help resolve your issue.

Thks for reply me, but i've still not solved the  problem, despite i uninstalled and installed again Revit 2017. I didn't saw an Update that solves my problem in autodesk desktop App. Maybe it's a OS Windows problem and I don't know how to do to remove this error that also appear when I try to define Location by Mapping Service . Is the last update the solution of my question? Does it fix the bug?

I've actually experienced this same issue and it happens across the board in Revit 2016, 2017 and 2018. I've tried updating, reinstalling the program fresh as well as installing Revit 2018 to try and fix the issue. I had also read similar issues resulting from user account settings so I tried setting up a fresh autodesk account to "render in cloud" from which also did not fix the issue. The issue also persists despite which file I use, but renders just fine from a friends computer...

The funny thing about this is I was having no issue rendering in from the cloud at all, then Revit decided to give me this error in the middle of a session. Since then, probably a month ago, I have received the same error every time I try to render in cloud. PLEASE HELP FINAL REVIEWS ARE APPROACHING.
