Problem with lock

How can i lock the horizontal line in the 0,0,0 of following family?

Not understanding.  Do you want to lock one end of the line that point?  It is already locked that way.

I am sending an image that shows what i want, but is not working yet. The actual family is moving according to the angle.

As is - the horizontal line is already locked. It is locked to the horizontal reference plane (the green dashed line)

If you are trying to lock the end of the line to the intersection of the reference lines -

 

1) select the line, unlock the little padlocks that show up

2) Modify>>Align

3) click one of the reference planes

4) hover over the endpoint of the line. Keep tapping the Tab key until a little blue dot shows up - that would be the endpoint of the line. Click on it

5) Repeat the process for the other reference plane

 

This will fix the endpoint of the line. It will rotate around that endpoint.
