Problem with FlexNet Error [-1.359.2]

Hello,

 

Due to an error I'm unable to open Revit 2016. This is an FlexNet Error [-1.359.2].

 

I Have already supplied my computer name and where the licencefile should be. But it doesn't work.

Anybody an idea???

-15 means it can't connect

its possible the firewall is blocking ports

 

The FLEXlm® based version uses the following ports:
TCP ports 2080 (for the adskflex vendor daemon)
TCP ports 27000 to 27009 (for the lmgrd master daemon)


To test Firewall, simply use Internet Explorer (not any 3rd party browser) to test the open ports.



http://servername:2080

http://servername:27000



Both addresses should come back with a jargon page. If not, then your firewall on the server is blocking those ports. Make the appropriate exceptions.

Our ICT department has preformed a restore from via the configuration menu in windows.

Now it works again. Thanks for all you're input.
