Problem with array

Hello experts.

I'm having a bit of trouble with some array.

Need to control this "bar", so it follow my parameter "depth". 

It is working before i make it "array", but after array, it stops working. 

It needs to follow the ref. plane, that it has been locked to... But it doesn't work!

How can I control it?

Is this in a family?  

If it is, then nest the Element to be Arrayed and control it's "depth" via a Parameter in the Host

If this is in the Project, it would probably be better to include the Ref. Plane in the Array Group.
