Problem while using roof tile family

I am having as problem while using this roof tile family I got from here

The problem is 2 of roof tile are sticking out of the surface as you can see in the image below

Regarding the occasional "pop-outs", you can correct most of the time by simply changing the justification (e.g. Beginning, End, Center).

Use a face based generic void family to trim them.
