Problem view topography surface in level 1

Goodmorning, 

I have problem with view of topography surface on level 1 (screenshot  1). 

If click on it appear message says "modify view range" as screenshot 2. 

I kindly ask which value have to put to view the surface?

You basically just need to ensure the "Top" and "Cut Plane" of the Primary View Range is above the highest point in your surface and then (to be on the safe side)- set the "Bottom" / "View Depth" to Unlimited. Also check that Topography is turned on (as a Visibility setting) in that View
