Problem using Phases and Rooms

When using Phases configuration, I want to change Rooms according to the phase layout.

I'm trying to do it manually, changin the wall proprieties to divide or not a room... but when I apply the phase to a Wall, it loses the boolean parameter to define room!?!? Why it happens?
And, is there any otherway to do that?!

Rooms and spaces only exist int he phase they were created. i never tried multi-phase projects. but more often than once I created the existing building, and then the rooms and spaces, and then realized in the NEw Cosntruction phase I have to create them again.

I think Revit woudl have difficuclty if the room or space changes, like with chaning walls etc. I still woudl like an option to let the room live beyond the phase it was created in.

I also Tryed to make the rooms in the 1st phase, them, to remake them in the 2nd phase.
But the Revit is "reconizing" the 1st phase division wall, and doenst make the 2nd room correctly. Even if I force the perimeter usin rooms separetors. I don't works.... Only the 1st room is recognized..

Instead of Rooms defined by Room Bounding Elements, use Room Separation Line to define the perimeter of the Rooms. Room Separation Lines can be Phased.

Do you have walls or room separation lines in Existing Phase? You need them to bound the existing rooms. They can be demolished in New Phase so they don't affect new rooms.

This (demolishing in New phase) seems counterintuitive, but it actually works!  Thanks!
