Problem sharing Topography between Revit 2024 and Civil 3D 2024 - Toposolid don't consider the borders

I'm trying to share topography from Civil 3D 2024 and Revit 2024 trough ACC Docs.

Revit correctly read the external borders and points of TIN Surface but ignore the boundary (hide) used to hide the building region.
