Problem in fonts when printing sheets.

When i print sheets the text in the shhets change they widen and also overlap.

what it is in revit?(what i expect it to be)

Print out to what printer? Can you use export to PDF?

my bad I should have specified, I was converting it into pdf, I tried exporting same result. I thought it may be an issue in blue beam, so I tried exporting in others but same result.

Have you tried Revit native Export to PDF?

yes i did same result, the interesting part is when I print the same sheet (same model) in a different computer it works fine

What font are you using? 

IME it is best to just use the standard fonts like Arial. They look good on paper and monitor and will always work since they are common to all software. 

does your problem persist with standard fonts? 

the detail looks like from the AutoCAD days. Is that by any chance a linked dwg?

Or connecting to PC with Remote Desktop (or something similar)?

I am working on Revit , yeah the fonts are ariel .. the problem still persists

If the monitors don't have the same windows Display Scale and the Revit UI is (or has been during the session) part or whole on both monitors then the DPI setting gets whacked and affects the FontSize.

For example the display 1 setup = 100% and display 2 setup = 125% and revit starts on display 1 and is then dragged to 2 this will affect printing.

Same if the property palette is on display 1 and main Revit screen is on display 2.

Make sure both display use the same scale, the resolution doesn't matter (if one is 1920x1080 and the other 3440x1440)

You will need to restart Revit if the scale is changed during a Revit session, before it's solves this issue.

IIRC, the official recommendation is to use 100% for Revit.

And best to apply that to all monitors even if you have different sized monitors. You make a good point about Revit maybe getting confused if you drag it from to he next monitor. Best to keep all at 100%.
