printing transparency issues?!

Revit does not allow for linked views to be controlled separately for their view range, they can only be matched with the host or the linked view definitions, and cannot be defined independently. So, to overcome this I overlay the linked view in the sheet and create a separate view for it, where I can control all graphics independently. However, when I export the sheets to DWFX the links included in the architectural view show their transparency while those ovlerlayed become opaque for some reason. On screen all show as transparent. I attach 2 images of screen view and DWFX view. If anyone has an idea how to solve this I'll be grateful.
