Hi @mnoe,
What happens when you select Raster Printing and set the quality to Presentation? Are the objects visible?
Furthermore, is the view itself or objects/families in any mode other than hidden line or wireframe mode? Is it without any shadows, ambient shadows, antialiasing, gradients, or depth cueing etc. turned on? (Ignore the depth cueing seeing as your currently using 2015).
If there is a very dense pattern it might cause Revit to print in Raster opposed to Vector. Not always, but sometimes, technology is funny like that as you might know. Everything works the one day and the next everything is faulty without reason...
