Printing Color in Revit

When we print a rendered view, it doesn't print the rendered color.  On the screen, everything is perfect.  Printed, it comes out pink and purple.  We have rendered in the cloud and without the cloud, no difference.  This just started this term and I have checked all my settings and everything looks good.  Any ideas?

Your description of the problem is somewhat ambiguous.

Could you please clarify whether the problem is:
a. that the color of a printed paper copy is not matching what you see on your computer monitor or;
b. are you printing to a raster file and/or PDF file and that is not matching what you see on the Revit window?

Ideally post a screen capture of the two views side by side or a photo if printed on paper.

The color of the printed copy is not matching our monitor. We are printing the raster file.

Well, color matching paper printed sheets and computer monitors is a somewhat complicated process.
To see if Revit is contributing to the problem, try printing to a PDF file and comparing the resulting color on your monitor. If they match, the problem resides in Windows, your printer and the printer driver. If the PDF has a significant difference with the Revit window, then maybe you could find help on this forum if you provide a screen capture showing the difference side by side.
Difficult to troubleshoot a color problem without seeing.

Sounds like your printer ink cartridges need refilling/replacing.

Brand new cartridges.
We print with other software and it works fine.

Just noticed this part of your answer. I will therefore presume that:

  1. Your rendered view in Revit is fine;
  2. You then exported the Revit view to a Raster file using File | Export | Export Images and Animations | Image;
  3. Selected one of the following  file types: JPG, TIF, BMP, TGA, PNG;
  4. Opened the raster file in some Windows program and the image was fine;
  5. Selected Print to your Printer and;
  6. The paper copy has too much purple.

If this is the case, the problem lies outside of Revit and you aren't giving us enough detail to help you.
