Print to PDF distorting images

Hi as per the below snip, the image distorts when I print to PDF. Are there any solutions to this? A work around would be to convert to png and then convert that to pdf but is there a solution in house?

What is the source (file format) of the logo?  Can you share it here?

Did you download the image from this website? It is contain transparency which may cause that distortion.

When I resaved it as PNG to remove the transparency, it works perfectly.
