Is anyone else having the issue where they cannot use the Print Screen key when Revit 2021 is the active window? It works fin with all other versions, and once I click off of Revit and make any other window active, it works. When troubleshooting remotely I actively print screen to show my users what to do and what is going on, and encourage them as well to do the same for me, but if we can't now, that's going to be an issue.

@barthbradley  Well, glad you're not experiencing it too! It's super frustrating.

Do you use any application to capture your screen or just Windows feature OOTB?

If you use an application like Snagit or Greenshot, you can have more options to capture your screen.

@edwin.prakoso I've just been using the OOTB screen capture from Windows. I'll have to check out these other options though. Thank you for sharing them!
