Print dialogue box not enabling to click on settings or sheet selction

HI GUys,

Having an issue when I am printing a set of drawings.  I go to the print dialogue box and when I click on sheet selection, print preview or settings nothing happens.  It is not bringing up the next dialogue boxes to select from.  The only buttons that work at OKAY and CANCEL.

Any recommendations.

Are you using Microsoft PDF printer?

Use some other PDF printer. This is a known issue with Microsoft PDF printer.

I did think that, but I cant select anything when I print to an actual
printer also.

Go to Windows Settings > Devices and set another printer as Default.  Then restart Revit see if it helps.
