 I was searching for idea for my graduation project presentation and I found this cool video

What is the program used to create this video?

Lumion maybe.

I tried Lumion videos already but I don't think it gives you the text options.

Maybe they used Lumion for rendering with another program to add the text and other stuff..

That could be any rendering program & any post-production program. You can do the text & stuff using After Effects.
