i have a problem opening revit, a powershell´s window keeps poping up, it opens and closes itself with the error code "0X8007007B". it only happens with revit, autocad works perfectly fine. i tried sfc /scannow but there´s nothing wrong.

Hi, The error code `0X8007007B` generally indicates an issue with a file path. Specifically, it usually means that an invalid or malformed path is being referenced. Happens due to incorrect environment variables, corrupted software installations, or registry errors.

Repair the installation

or
Reinstall Revit

I know this is an old thread, but I happened upon it while looking for a solution to this issue. The issue happened to my Revit 2022 after performing an in-place upgrade from Windows 10 > 11. The solution that worked for me was changing the drive sector size listed in https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/SQLDUMPER-EXE-wind...

Afterwards, if your event viewer throws up errors Event 512 SQLLocalDB 12.0, you can clear out GUID instances at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\UserInstances\{GUID}.

Perhaps this will help someone in the future.
