Broken material path - how to find and fix?

We have an issue in several of our current files where the material browser loads very slowly in revit 2025.  I have scoured the library, fixed all the red boxes, purchased Material Path Lite plug in and found several more errors.  We fixed those and it is still slow to load.  Testing in a blank file the material browser snaps open instantly.

The journal file is giving me this:

'C 13-Jun-2024 09:12:56.122; DBG_INFO: RevitPathResolver can't find proper path. Problem with path 'C:\Users\eric\AppData\Local\Temp\d8772eff-7821-4010-9667-a14c3278f314\materialthumbnails_pid_1710\50ec2450generic.png'. Check if all paths were added to RevitPathResolver. Path Resolver content was dump to journal file, search lines starting with 'PathResolver path.' : line 130 of F:\Ship25.1\2025_px64\Source\Foundation\GrphProtein2\AssetManage\ProteinSdkManager.cpp.

How do I find this file and purge or fix it?  Could it be in a loaded family?

Thanks, but we've been through that multiple times and can't come up with anything missing.
