Points and Conceptual Mass

I arranged some points on grid and connected them with reference lines so I can drag them, only some are drag-able and some are not. What should I look for to correct this please? See below.

Make sure the Spline Line's "Is Reference Line" checkbox is checked before creating surface.  Maybe that's where you are getting stuck.

No, that is x-ray mode.

You don't need to use x-ray mode if you create the surface from lines that have that "Reference Line" box checked.  That's how Alfredo has done it in his screencast.

@PhilvK : you ought to start all over from scratch.  Instead of placing Lines and Point separately, go to Plan View, press Spline Through Point and pick 4 spots along the Center (Front/Back) Reference Line.  This will place Points AND Line at the same time.  Afterwards, select all the Points and Line and COPY them in the  "y" direction 3 times.  Then, select each Line (just Lines, not Points) and check "Is Reference Line" in Properties - and then press Create Form.   You should be all set now to manipulate the Points (e.g. drag them or host them to different Levels like Alfredo is doing).  Doing so will change the Surface/Form.
