Hello all,

I imported an Point cloud in Revit. It is visible in all the views (3D, elevations, Sections) but not in the plan views. I have already checked the VW , section box, phases etc.

Do you have any idea ?

Thank you in advance!

have you checked the View Range?

Maybe the elevation it's to high ....Increase the elevation range in the Site view and Relocate Project if Z values of the Cloud Points have high values

Happens to me every time. Open your 3D View, Zoom to Fit to see where it's located.  Could be miles high and away too. Keep that in mind. So it could be a speck on the screen at Zoom to Fit.

I ran into this same issue my problem was that the point cloud was on a different phase than the plan view. Make sure the view is set to display the phase that the point cloud is associated with.

This really helped me. But I found that the culprit was the phase filter. It was shown as Show Previous and New. The Point Cloud model was on the Existing Phase but I had a Swing Phase between existing and New so it wasn't showing. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
