Point Cloud Color Mode is Changing

I like to use the 'Normals' and 'Single Color' Color Modes to improve point cloud visibility on certain views. I've been noticing recently that these Color Modes are getting reset to RGB when I haven't changed the Visibility/Graphics. I'm seeing this happen regularly if we use the rotate or move commands on the views or the point cloud.

For example, I like to have a few sections created in the model with the point clouds visible and move them throughout the different areas, that way I don't end up with tons of extra views in my project. I typically set these sections to be single-color visibility,  but now if I move the sections around different areas of the model, the color mode gets reset after the section is moved.

I can't replicate your issue.  No change here in Color Mode when Section is repositioned.  What Version of Revit are you using?

...Try assigning a View Template  to the Section that only controls the PC/Color Mode.  See if that helps.

@barthbradley I'm using 2022 & 2023. It happens every time I rotate a section. It might be deleting the section & recreating it when I use the rotate command. I tried it with the View Template controlling Point Cloud visibility and the View Template gets removed from the section when it's rotated.

Just tested. No like issues here.  Maybe I'm not understanding you.  Are you saying that you rotate a Section Marker and it affects the VGO settings of the Section View it is pointing to?
