.PNG not being read as TRANSPARENT in REVIT TITLEBLOCKS wtf?! revit 2018

Good day

I am having difficulty in Revit 2017 as my title block has .png file but it isn't being read with a transparent background, as it should be. Why it that?

It is messing up multiple sheets that have backgrounds underneath. Why do png not get read properly in Revit?

Revit never supports transparency (or alpha channel) from raster images.
