PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THE ISSUE BELOW

Hi I'm Brian Chuks, a student from Nigeria. I just registered for Student License, did everything as per registration and activation. I have also installed Revit 2016. The issue now is when I wanted to do energy analysis, the system keeps telling me that "I do not currently have access to this service". And that my license period for work sharing service has ended. When I checked my license validity, it shows that it will expire in 2018.
Please I do not understand the scenario and I have never been involved in any work sharing.
