A typical wall has 8 geometry defining points (corners). Not sure if they are what you are referring to as spot coordinates?

As far as i know, you can not schedule coorinates in revit without using a plugin.

Most likely you need to develop a plugin yourself or get one from the net 😞

example for one of these plugins: https://apps.exchange.autodesk.com/RVT/en/Detail/Index?id=appstore.exchange.autodesk.com%3Apillecoor...

As far as i know its free (and not only a trial) app

In the past we've used the Excitech toolkit to schedule coordinates but I'm not sure it would work on spot coordinates (we've used it for pop up locations using a custom family).

Be warned though, as far as I'm aware any plugin that accesses this data needs to be rerun to update any changes - ie it's not automatic.  I would also recommend that you test thoroughly before using it for production info.

You may want to take a look at Autodesk Point Layout.
