Planting Schedule that only shows plants in one building phase

A team mate has created a planting family that is sorted by phases. Now she would like to split it up - have one schedule to show Phase 1 plantation and another for Phase 2. My thought is to create a Master, make duplicates, display only the phases we need to see. Unfortunately, it is not possible to Hide rows in a schedule, and when rows are deleted, then they take the Instances along with them. How would this be made to happen?

I meant planting schedule. It shows her plants beautifully sorted by phases. Now the trick is to split it up into separate schedules which show one phase each.

I am thinking of setting the Phase Filter in schedule properties for each Planting schedule.

.....actually, she needed to set both Phase and Phase Filter.

I typed "Phase = the phase you want to report" but I deleted it because it is too obvious.

But when the resulting schedule is dragged onto a sheet - next to the schedule we see a magical floating header. Basically, the schedule wants to force us to put in a second column. For the time being, I have gotten her to drag it either off the sheet or onto the headings that she wants to keep. How can we get rid of that?

Drag the second column (or in your case, only a header) and place it on top of the first column.  They will merge.
