Plan Region is not showing the complete window Geometry

Both windows belong to the same family, but they are different types. 

The window on the top looks good, because it is on the cut plane. 

For the window on the bottom, I created a plan region in order to have it visible on plan. but the window is missing the window slide (glass) geometry detail. How can I fix it so that both windows looks exactly the same . I set up the view range on the region so that the cut plane cuts through the window though

edit...Raise the Cut Plane in the Family's Floor Plan View.  I know that sounds weird.

I have a similar situation, I placed a plan region for 95 inch cutplane and changed the window family cutplane at same level but the window geometry still doesnt show up in plan.
