Place a door in a louvered cutain wall?

How can I place a normal door in the attached louvered wall? any suggestions?

You need to create a curtain door panel. Then select the curtain panel which you want to replace, unpin it and select the door using type selector.

The problem that I'm having is I dont know how to cut an outline of the door size within the panel.

Curtain wall grids determine the size of the panel/door....

yes exactly but with all the louvers in the way, its difficult to use the curtain grids to create a door panel outline

Select the grid line and use "add/remove segments".
