Pipes Showing Different Line Weights

Hello all, 

My pipes are showing up two different line weights. All my pipes are all being drawn on existing phase and if I am to switch them back to New Construction, they are all the correct line weight. if you select both the light pipe and the darker pipe, all the properties match. My Object Styles and Phase Graphic Overrides are all set to what they need to be. Does anyone know what I am missing here?
