Pipe insulation duplicates in IFC4

Hi. We have a few models where pipe insulation is used. In 2.3 its exported okay, but in any IFC4 there are insulation duplicates (for example vision shows that when trying to open). The thing is that those duplicates are not shown in the IFC.txt or in the geometry of given IFC. But we can also see them when trying to run it through our automatic paspotization tool. Does anyone know, if there is any way as to how to get rid of those duplicates or what exactly causes them to apear ? This problem is only with the pipe insulation. Apears in all Revit 2022, 2023 and 2024. Thanks

How about exporting like the way that I attached?

1. Check "Split Walls...... by Level" of General tab.

2.Use "Low or Extra Low" in Level of Detail tab.

3.Check "Export linked files as separate IFC's" and "Export only elements visible in view" of Additional Content tab.
