Pillar does not appear when I insert it

Before when I inserted a pillar, that would appear:

Now it looks like this

When you insert a structural column it default to Depth (under the current level). Change the option from Depth to Height on Option Bar before you place it.

Your top screenshot is report reporting instance properties of a single Pilares. The other screenshot is not.  That's the explanation.
