Phasing differences between "Show All" and "Show Complete"

What are the differences between the Phasing's "Show All" and "Show Complete?

(Assuming that you are drawing with Revit 2020 the renovation of an existing commercial building where you have to draw  it at the beginning to show what is existing, showing some limited demolition, and then superimposing the new work on the same drawing).

Show all shows demo. Show complete doesn't. Look at the them under Phase filter settings.

Check out the Phase Filters/Phase Overrides dialog boxes under Manage Tab=>Phases.  It is customizable.
