Phasing and RCP Revit 2023

My Reflective Ceiling plan is not allowing me to edit the ceiling grid. How do I make the entire plan phasing "existing" and the suspended tile ceiling editable & visible?

There's a lot of missing context here, but...

You can change a view phase by changing it in the properties panel. Or, if using a View Template on the view, you can change the phase in the View Template's settings.

By it not allowing you to edit the ceilings, do you mean you can't see them to edit them, or you can't select them?

There are a few things that would prevent you from seeing the ceilings. Mostly relating to Visibility Graphics settings or cut plane and depth.

I'm starting with the Phase correction (some items are on different phases). After that, I'll look at visibility, graphics and other simple items.

if you can't see it or select it in your view, What Phase and Phase Filter is your RCP view set to?

The ceiling grid is defined in the ceiling material's surface pattern.

I can't edit or rotate the ceiling grid and the ceiling tiles are displaying very light.

I have the ceiling tile selected, although I used "automatic" and now, I can't edit the pattern.

that doesn't look like a very large model... would you be able to upload it for us to look at?
