Perpendicular Section Head

Good day All, I would like to ask how to do this custom section where the head is on a 90 degree angle with the section line (see attached image). Thank you

You can, but it would be a PITA.

May I ask how did you do that? I tried to just do a generic annotation but it would be better if I could edit the section head/family.

Can you figure it out from the screenshot above?  

Open the Family and make the Ref. Planes visible via View VGOs and then relocate the existing annos and add a line at the "right" Ref. Plane.  Get it?
