permanently change the text leader default

How do I permanently change the text leader default for future revit sessions?

I would like left and right leader location defaults both to be top. Currently the right default is bottom. Drives me nuts. When I change it, it only lasts for the current session. How do I change it forever. It is rare if I ever want bottom.

This is an instance setting that is not associated with the style and cannot be pre-assigned. If you copy the text element, the copy does retain the setting, though.

Hopefully one day users will be able to control this, or the default for left sided text with leader gets changed to the upper location for the leader.

this drive me nuts, anyone that drafts and doesn't pay attention to this creates drawings that are more confusing to read! Any REVIT whiz kid I meet I see if they know how to permanently change this. There are a few things that REVIT does that are so frustrating like this.
