PDFs in all floor plans in REVIT

Hi guys,

does someone know if there is an opportunity to import a pdf file in Revit which will be shown in every ground plan or in the whole project itself? (I'm using Revit 2022)
Would be more effective than always copying it from one view to another, there must be something right? Just seems like a useful tool to know.

You can link in the PDF and choose the page you want to link. If you have 10 PDF pages, you may have to link in PDF 10 times in the same ground floor. Unfortunately there is no shortcut where you can copy the PDF and switch the page.

Sure.  Several wways:

- Link the PDF in one plan, clipboard copy, paste aligned to selected views and choose all view you want it to be in

or,

- Link in a PDF in one plan

- Select a model element that can shows in every plan (such as a wall spans all levels) and the PDF, create group. revit will create one model group and one accompany detail group

- go to other plans, select the model group and use Attached Detail group from ribbon then the PDF will show
