PDF Print different from Screen

The Sun Shadow study on screen appears different than what shows up on the PDF print.

I have tried vector and raster printing as well as printing single sheets instead of multiple, but have the same light blue color popping up where it shouldn't be on the print regardless of how I print.

Did you try another pdf printer like adobepdf, cutepdf, solidpdf?

Is your views stack on top of one another? Most of the time PDF may have issue with view overlapping with another view. Your workout is crop out area the site area where the building are and super impose the building with green shadow. Another method I found working would be create image of the grey shadow and place the image on the green shadow.
