Revit 2015.

When I print to Adobe or Bluebeam PDF printers, bookmarks of the sheet set are automatically created.  The problem is I need to print individual PDFs and what happens is that every PDF has the bookmarks for the entire set even though there is only one page.  I have looked through the Adobe and Bluebeam PDF printer settings but couldn't find a thing that controls bookmarking.

If I use Window's 10 Microsoft PDF printer then bookmarks are not created, but it only support up to 11x17 size.

Any idea how to avoid bookmarks creation feature?

Thanks.

I don't have either Adobe or bleubeam printer driver in-house, but see image below try to do the same steps and see if there is bookmarks, Automark or optimise tab on your side.

Otherwise you may need to contact their support

Thanks for your reply.

That was the first thing I looked at but I couldn't find anything similar to what you show. I may try to contact the supports but I suspect they will push it back as it does not happen in an older version of Revit (2013).

I'm getting the same thing with Revit 2017. I can't find anything in the printer driver properties or preferences, it's not happening with previous versions of Revit, not happening with other Autodesk products, and I've tried Bluebeam, CutePDF, and Adobe printer drivers.

Have you heard/solved anything about this from your original post?

No. The problem persists in Revit 2017.1. I haven't updated to 2017.2 but I doubt it will show anything.

My workaround is using PDF Architect printer. It's free with some small annoyance of advertising, though. I would buy it if I had to plot a lot of PDFs and I could make a call on company IT budget.
