How do I get my parking lot to show ABOVE my Topo Site?

Then you need to draw them above the topo surface.  I imagine you should have a fairly flat area for the lot, either as a graded region or a building pad.  Is it the case?

Thank-you! The problem was that I wasn't even using a building pad to begin with. Now it's doing what I want.
